Adrift

Adrift debuted as part of “What if the city was a theatre?” - a free city-wide programme of art and performance. Presented on the Hikitia Floating Crane Boat we were entrusted the use of the vessel by the The Maritime Heritage trust, and are forever grateful for their support. Adrift was inspired by the exposed infrastructure of the Hikitia visible from the wharf, the original music of Sharn Te Pou - who performed live, and the physical skill and artistry of the circus artists.
